Arabic & GCC

Yes — Arabic is not an afterthought. We use dialect-aware NLP models trained on Gulf Arabic. The full platform is available in Arabic with RTL layout, Arabic date and number formatting, and Arabic-language AI outputs.

Our infrastructure currently runs in EU-West (Paris), which is the closest compliant region to the GCC. GCC-native cloud deployment is on our roadmap as regional hyperscaler infrastructure matures. All data residency commitments are documented in our DPA.
Data & security

Multi-layer protection: row-level security at the database (structural tenant isolation), TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Your organization's data is structurally isolated from every other tenant — not just access-controlled, but architecturally separated at the query layer.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. We provide a full export in standard formats (CSV, JSON). After 30 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with PDPL requirements. We do not retain backups beyond that window.

Yes. Consent capture at data creation, soft-delete for erasure requests, configurable data retention, and Data Subject Request (DSR) workflows are built into the platform architecture — not bolted on. We can provide a pre-filled Data Processing Agreement on request.
